FEATURE STORY :

Is your signature an easy target for a thief?

Yep, in matter of minutes your entire bank account could be wiped out by a clever thief using your signature and identity.

In fact, last month somebody purchased a ticket on Kuwait airlines using my credit card!   Really.   Naturally, I had to cancel the credit card number and go through all the hassle that goes along with a stolen credit card.

Now, picture that happening to you... 100 times worse, because the criminal has your SIGNATURE, your social security #, and is pretending to be you.

It happens everyday... worldwide and it can take years to straighten it all out and get your credit score as well as your life back.

Here are some quick tips to help protect yourself.

•  Never give out your social security number for any reason.

•  Don't use an ATM machine or your credit card in a shady part of town or at a non-reputable small business or gas station.

•  Don't use your "legal" signature on documents which can be stolen or copied by a thief.

Finally, what do you do if someone steals your identity or signs your NAME and the bank or credit card company trieds to stick you with the bills?

•  File a police report immediately.

•  Cancel all your credit cards and change bank account numbers.

•  Hire a "Document Examiner" to provide an "official letter of opinion" that your signature was forged.   Send the opinion letter to the Police department, the bank, the credit card company and every company that was scammed.   This will provide a high level of proof that you aren't just lying to avoid paying your debts.

•  You can always find a qualified handwriting expert trained by our company at this website:

http://handwritingservicesinternational.com

Plus, you can even be TRAINED to write the official letters of opinion and earn the big bucks.   If you are called to court, you will earn a minimum of $1000 per day plus expenses.

TIPS TO AVOID A STOLEN SIGNATURE:

One of the things you can do to prevent identity theft and fraud is to make your signature forgery-proof.

Forgery is difficult because a professional knows what to look for in a FAKE signature.

It is almost impossible to duplicate the subconscious habits of another writer without making a mistake which gives it away. A forger will tend to draw, rather than write, a signature. A trained forensic document examiner can identify forgery under microscopic examination.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):
http://myhandwriting.com/FAQ

Q:   What can be told from a person's signature?
A:   The signature represents what a person wants the world to see or what he wants to be, an image that may or may not be the same as the inner self.  Because a signature contains only a few letters, it does not provide enough information for the analyst to make a complete and accurate evaluation.

Q:   My signature is illegible.  What does that mean?
A:   It means people have a hard time reading your name.  Seriously, illegible handwriting can mean a number of things.  In general, an illegible signature reveals a desire to be seen but not known, keeping things private.

You may want to keep your true identity hidden.  It could also mean you are in a hurry.  People who continually sign their name all day long often do so in a hurry and, therefore, don't care what their signature looks like.  Illegible handwriting in combination with other specific traits may indicate dishonesty, but there are a lot of variables.

Q:   Why is my signature different than how I write everything else?
A:   Because the signature is a badge to the world.  It is a representation of what a person wants the world to see about himself.  A signature that is different from the rest of his writing says he does not want to reveal everything about himself.  There may be some aspect of his personality that he wants to hide, so he creates a new "person" by creating a signature with a different look.
